Travelling Post Office - RMS 9 : Bengal Circle : Renoulf 109

Here are two examples of this oval Travelling Post Office mark with the same date (28th April 1869). The" No 2" refers to the set number and the "BA" refers to the section of the railway line on which this TPO mark was used : Buscar to Allahbad.
