Exchange Packets

Exchange Packets are a great way for members to buy and sell material. They are not intended for use by dealers. We send out Exchange Packets as often as we can depending on how much material has been sent in. You have to be a member to receive packets but material may be accepted from non-members at the discretion of the Packet Superintendents. Packets will, in general, only be circulated within their country of origin for technical and insurance reasons.

More and new sources of material are always required. Members are reasonably expected to offer their unwanted duplicate material for the benefit of others and particularly for new members. Intending vendors are advised to contact the appropriate Superintendent if they are uncertain about requirements. Vendors who do not normally see the packets are at a disadvantage and Superintendents are willing to assist these in making up their initial contributions.

The Packet Superintendents are always willing to hear from members who are prepared to give assistance in making up booklets and packets from loose material in order to make the packets viable. Other assistance, such as checking, is often required by Superintendents
